In this phase, a User Flow (as well as User Journey) tend to describe how a User is navigating throught the application/screens/pages. We can also consider to use Ideation process and find alternative options during the flow.
Testing: User testing help to determine learnability and efficience of Design. A Prototype (paper made and online) is used to measure time, errors, success rating, on doing a variety of tasks. Testing is often managed using A/B test & MultiVariate Testing (MVT).
